eSERS Portal Access Issues

Due to the upgrade to eSERS last weekend, we suggest using the Google Chrome browser going forward.

Some users have reported issues with accessing eSERS this week. Specifically, once a user has logged in, they see a mostly blank screen and the eSERS applications on the left side of the screen. When attempting to access the applications, they are logged out of eSERS.
