Hugh W. Garside Jr. is serving his first full term on the Board.
Garside is the treasurer and chief fiscal officer at South-Western City Schools, where he has served for 16 years. Previously, he served as an assistant auditor with the Ohio Auditor of State. In addition, he has served on the OASBO Educational Finance Committee, as chairperson of the organization’s Professional Development Committee, and as an OASBO Foundation Board Member.
Garside earned a B.S. in accounting from Heidelberg College and a MBA from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
