Training Opportunities

Employer Outreach provides both in-person and virtual training opportunities covering eSERS, Employer Roles and Responsibilities, personalized trainings, and trending topics.

A variety of virtual training sessions are presented via Zoom:

• Employer Education Series — Webinars covering topics from the Employer 101 Workshop based on demand.
• Sound Bite — Quick sessions covering trending topics in 20 minutes or less.
• Contractor Miniseries — A two-part webinar series for school district contract employers.
• eSERS Hands-On Training — A refresher on the eSERS system, beneficial for new employees.
• eSERS Demo — A two-hour webinar covering all aspects of eSERS from File Uploads to Wage Certifications.
• Employer 101 Workshop — An in-person workshop covering the most important employer roles and responsibilities.
• Getting Ready for Summer Series — Perfect for newly-hired payroll staff or seasoned employees who want refreshers on eSERS processes.
• Employer One-on-One — A personalized training based on your district needs, conducted by the Employer Outreach Team. Must be requested by the district.
