The School Employees Retirement System of Ohio (SERS) is a defined benefit pension fund for noncertificated persons employed by Ohio’s public schools, community schools, and community colleges. It provides service retirement, disability and survivor benefits, and access to health care for benefit recipients and their dependents. Administration and management of the plan is vested in the Retirement Board established under Chapter 3309 of the Ohio Revised Code.

Proxy Voting Advisory Firm

 

SERS is requesting proposals from qualified proxy voting advisory firms to perform independent proxy voting research, provide a web-based proxy voting platform, vote notifications, provide web-based proxy vote disclosures and reports, corporate governance research, and related services.

Response Deadline: The completed Response must be received by June 26, 2026.

Responses received after the Response deadline will not be considered.

SERS is requesting proposals from qualified insurance brokage firms to provide stop loss brokerage and consulting services for the employee benefits program.
