eSERS is SERS’ secure intranet designated just for our employers. This tool provides employers with an effective, time-saving way to submit and view critical financial and employee information online.
Some users have reported issues accessing eSERS. Specifically, once a user has logged in, they see a mostly blank screen and the eSERS applications on the left side of the screen. When attempting to access the applications, they are logged out of eSERS.
