Holiday Closures
The SERS office is closed in observance of the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Memorial Day
- Juneteenth
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- The day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas
If New Year’s Day, Independence Day, or Christmas occurs on a Saturday, the office is closed on the previous Friday. If the holiday falls on a Sunday, the office is closed on the following Monday.

Employer Services is always looking for better ways to serve our employers. If your district is interested in having Employer Outreach deliver a presentation on topics of your choice or a one-on-one training session covering eSERS and employer-related duties, we will come to you.
