SERS offers secure online tools, phone support, counseling appointments, and in-person services to help members and retirees get answers to their retirement questions and access to the information they need to make informed decisions.

Account Login is your resource to access and manage your account with SERS. Through Account Login, you can:

• Send a secure message and it will be answered by our representatives
• Review your account balance and service credit
• Create estimates of benefits
• Schedule counseling appointments
• Create an application for Service Retirement, Disability Benefits, or a Refund
• Update personal information, such as address, beneficiary, direct deposit, and tax withholding

If you need to report the death of a SERS member or benefit recipient, please use the link below to complete the notification form.

SERS offers in-person, phone, and virtual counseling sessions by appointment only.

• Limited evening appointments are available on Tuesdays at 4:15 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
• To schedule a counseling session, call 1-800-878-5853.

Location and Parking

SERS is located in downtown Columbus at 300 E. Broad St., Suite 100, Columbus, Ohio 43215-3746.

Free parking is available in the SERS parking garage. The garage entrance is located on Grant Avenue, north of Broad Street.

The SERS office is closed to observe holidays on the following dates:

• New Year’s Day: Thursday, January 1, 2026
• Martin Luther King, Jr. Day: Monday, January 19
• Memorial Day: Monday, May 25
• Juneteenth: Friday, June 19
• Independence Day: Friday, July 3
• Labor Day: Monday, September 7
• Thanksgiving Day: Thursday, November 26
• Day after Thanksgiving: Friday, November 27
• Christmas Day: Friday, December 25
