Pop-ups are windows that automatically appear when a user is browsing a website. Pop-up blockers prevent these windows from appearing.

Although helpful in protecting users from malicious content and annoying pop-up ads, sometimes pop-up blockers can prevent you from accessing necessary links or downloadable content.

If you are having trouble downloading a document from SERS’ website or Account Login, you may need to temporarily disable your pop-up blocker.

We have listed instructions on how to do so for some common browsers below.

Google Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More and then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and security and then Site Settings and then Pop-ups and redirects.
