SERS Named Second Highest Private Equity Earner

For the second year in a row, SERS has been named the second highest private equity earner according to a 2019 public pension study by the American Investment Council (AIC).

AIC, a private equity advocacy and research organization, analyzed investment returns for 165 U.S. public pension funds, showing how private equity continues to lead all asset classes in long-term investment performance.

SERS had the second highest 10-year annualized return with 13.30%.  The median among all public pension funds included in the study was 10.2%.
