Salary Estimates Now Open on eSERS

Attention: Salary Estimates are Now Open on eSERS and Due by May 20, 2026

Foundation-participating districts: now is the time to enter your salary estimates for the 2027 fiscal year.

Enter the new amount in the Salary Estimate application on eSERS by May 20, 2026.

If SERS does not receive a salary estimate for your district, Employer Services will add 3% to the previous year’s estimate.

Please enter a salary estimate even if you are in the middle of contract negotiations or unsure of what it will be for the upcoming year.

Remember, this is just an estimate.  

If your monthly Foundation deductions need to be adjusted later, please contact us and we will explain how to make that change.

Foundation Deduction letters will be available May 27, 2026, on eSERS.
